本申请属于合金领域,尤其涉及一种6016铝合金光谱标准样品和6016铝合金成分检测方法。本申请提供的6016铝合金光谱标准样品,包括1.1%~1.5%(质量分数,下同)的Si;0.1%~0.5%的Fe;0.095%~0.2%的Cu;0.07%~0.1%的Mn;0.5%~0.6%的Mg;0.01%~0.1%的Cr;0.02%~0.05%的Ni;0.025%~0.2%的Zn;0.02%~0.15%的Ti和余量的Al。采用由本申请提供的6016铝合金标准样品校正的原子发射光谱谱线强度标准曲线对6016铝合金待测样品进行成分分析,其结果与采用化学分析法进行成分分析的结果相符。
The present application belongs to the field of alloys, and in particular relates to a 6016 aluminum alloy spectrum standard sample and a 6016 aluminum alloy composition detection method. The 6016 aluminum alloy optical spectrum standard sample provided by the present application comprises 1.1% -1.5% (mass fraction) of Si, 0.1% -0.5% Fe, 0.095% -0.2% Cu, 0.07% -0.1% Mn 0.5% to 0.6% Mg, 0.01% to 0.1% Cr, 0.02% to 0.05% Ni, 0.025% to 0.2% Zn, 0.02% to 0.15% Ti and the balance of Al. The composition of the 6016 aluminum alloy test sample was analyzed by using the standard curve of atomic emission spectrum intensity calibrated by the 6016 aluminum alloy standard sample provided by the present application. The result was in good agreement with the result of the chemical analysis.
