目前所用的工业炉,大都是利用燃料燃烧热能。现代工业炉产量高,燃料消耗大。燃料燃烧污染大气,近年来情况急剧恶化。工业炉污染大气的成份,主要是CO、SO_2和NO_x。CO可通过完全燃烧来解决;SO_2仅与燃料的成份和燃烧量有关,只能由燃料脱硫和烟气脱二氧化硫来解决;而NO_x则涉及到炉子的结构和操作技术问题。 NO_x的危害,自1970年夏季日本东京发生光化学煤烟事件以来,引起了世界各国突出的重视。抑制NO_x,已成为当前工业炉设计中防止环境污染的首要课题之一。
Currently used industrial furnaces, most of which use the fuel to heat combustion. Modern industrial furnaces produce high fuel consumption. Fuel combustion pollutes the atmosphere and conditions have deteriorated dramatically in recent years. Industrial furnace pollution of the atmosphere components, mainly CO, SO_2 and NO_x. CO can be completely combusted to solve; SO_2 only with the composition and amount of fuel combustion, only by the fuel desulfurization and flue gas desulfurization to solve; and NO_x relates to the furnace structure and operating technical issues. The harm of NO_x has aroused the prominence of all countries in the world since the incident of photochemical soot in Tokyo in the summer of 1970. Inhibition of NO_x, has become the current industrial furnace design to prevent environmental pollution one of the primary issues.
