科学评价期刊影响力是提升期刊质量的重要途径。运用主成分分析法对评价指标进行筛选,结合可拓学思想和信息熵基本原理,构建基于熵权可拓决策的期刊影响力评价模型,并就18种图书情报类CSSCI来源期刊(2010-2011)进行实证研究。结果表明:由于指标间存在共线性,基于上述模型的期刊排序与来源期刊排序存在一定偏差;同时,即年指标、总被引频次、影响因子和引用刊数对期刊影响力贡献较大,权重依次为:0.4779、0.1949、0.1292和0.1258。
Scientific evaluation of periodicals’ influence is an important way to improve the quality of periodicals. Applying principal component analysis to evaluate evaluation index, combined with the basic principles of extenics and information entropy, this paper constructs a periodical impact evaluation model based on entropy extension decision-making, and makes an analysis of 18 journals of CSSCI source periodicals (2010-2011 )conduct the empirical research. The results show that due to the existence of collinearity between indicators, there is a certain deviation in the ranking of journals based on the above model and the ordering of source journals. At the same time, the annual indexes, total citation frequency, influential factors and cited journals contribute more to the journal’s influence, Followed by 0.4779, 0.1949, 0.1292 and 0.1258.
