鞍山供电公司作为辽宁省电力有限公司ERP项目第一批试点单位之一,在ERP项目建设过程中,不断总结出科学合理的ERP管理方法,并不断应用于ERP项目建设与深化应用中,促使公司管理开始从职能为导向的条块管理向跨专业、跨部门的流程化管理转变,有效提升公司管理水平。本文通过实例介绍基层供电公司实施ERP项目建设历程,挖掘项目管理精髓,对提高企业管理水平具有一定的指导意义。
As one of the first pilot units of ERP Project of Liaoning Provincial Electric Power Co., Anshan Power Supply Company continuously summed up the scientific and reasonable ERP management method in the process of ERP project construction, and continuously applied it to the construction and deepening of ERP project, prompting the Company Management began to shift from function-oriented management to cross-disciplinary and cross-departmental process management to effectively improve the management level of the Company. This article introduces the process of ERP project implementation by grassroots power supply companies and excavates the essence of project management through examples, which is of guiding significance for improving enterprise management level.
