目的 :观察鬼针草对高脂大鼠的作用。方法 :建立高脂血症大鼠模型 ,测量灌服鬼针草煎剂后高脂大鼠血清中血脂及血液流变学的变化 ,并测量正常大鼠给予该药后的血栓形成量。均设对照组。结果 :给药后高脂大鼠 TC,TG,L DL 含量均显著降低 ,HDL/ TC上升。血液粘度 (比 )显著下降 ,血栓形成量显著减少。结论 :鬼针草有显著地降低血脂 ,降低血液粘度 ,对抗血栓形成的作用。
Objective : To observe the effect of Bidens pilosa on high-fat rats. METHODS: A rat model of hyperlipidemia was established. The blood lipids and hemorheology changes in serum of hyperlipidemic rats fed with Bidensaponin decoction were measured, and the thrombosis after administration of the drug in normal rats was measured. All set the control group. RESULTS: After treatment, the contents of TC, TG, and L DL in the high-fat rats decreased significantly, and the HDL/TC increased. Blood viscosity (ratio) decreased significantly, and thrombosis was significantly reduced. Conclusion: Bidens pilosa has a significant effect on lowering blood lipids, lowering blood viscosity, and resisting thrombosis.
