就在国内大多数企业还懵然不觉之时,社会责任认证标准——SA8000悄然浮出水面。该认证要求企业尊重工人组建工会组织并与企业集体谈判的权利;要求工人每周至少应有一天休假,每周加班时间不超过12小时,保证加班能获得报酬;工人工资不能低于当地最低工资标准等(详见本期)……如果认证不过关,欧美跨国公司将无条件地取消针对中国企业的订单。
Most companies in China are still unconsciously when the social responsibility certification standards - SA8000 quietly surfaced. The certification requires that enterprises respect the rights of workers to form trade union organizations and bargain collectively with the enterprises. Workers are required to take leave at least once a week for a period of not more than 12 hours overtime per week to ensure that overtime work can be paid. Workers’ wages can not be lower than the local minimum wage Standards, etc. (see this issue) ...... If the certification is not good, multinational corporations in Europe and the United States will unconditionally cancel orders for Chinese enterprises.
