目的 修复 2 1眼因各种原因所致的部分或全层眼睑缺损。方法 采用低温保存的异体睑板移植替代睑板 ,内层行结膜转移或唇粘膜移植。外层应用邻近带蒂皮瓣或游离皮瓣覆盖 ,共同再造眼睑 ,术后随访 6～ 2 4m o。结果 在所做的 2 1例手术中 ,治愈 13眼 ,显效 5眼 ,改善 2眼 ,失败 1眼 ,术后效果与血运的好坏和移植片的大小有关。结论 采用低温保存的异体睑板修复眼睑缺损 ,排斥反应轻 ,疗效佳 ,是替代睑板的理想材料
Objective To repair partial or complete eyelid defects of 21 eyes due to various reasons. Methods Allogeneic tarsal transplantation was used to replace the tarsal plate and the lining of the conjunctiva or the mucosa of the lip. Outer application of adjacent skin flap or free flap coverage, common reconstruction eyelid, postoperative follow-up 6 ~ 24m0. Results In the 21 cases of surgery, 13 eyes were cured, 5 eyes markedly improved, 2 eyes improved and 1 failed. The postoperative effects were related to the quality of blood transplanted and the size of the graft. Conclusion It is an ideal material to replace the tarsal plate by repairing eyelid defect by using low-temperature preserved tarsal plate.
