目的:探讨不同浓度黄芪黄酮有效部位对S180肉瘤的抑制作用及其与抗氧化作用的关系。方法:设立对照组和阳性对照组,采用不同浓度的黄芪黄酮有效部位对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用、小鼠全血和肝脏中MDA含量和SOD值的影响和对S180小鼠肿瘤细胞凋亡的影响进行测定与比较分析。结果:黄芪黄酮有效部位提取物的抑瘤率可达到55%以上,能够有效提高血液和脏器中SOD的活性,显著降低脂质过氧化产物MDA的含量,诱发肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用,促进细胞分化为G0-G1和G2-M期,可以使S期细胞数目明显减少。结论:黄芪黄酮有效部位提取物可以有效地抑制S180肉瘤的生长,显著提高血液及肝脏内SOD的活性,降低血液及肝脏MDA的含量,对肿瘤细胞的凋亡有一定的促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of different concentrations of Astragalus flavonoids on S180 sarcoma and its relationship with antioxidation.
