将CB—HRP(霍乱毒素B亚单位结合态的辣根过氧化物酶)溶液注入母鸡卵巢内,逆行追踪研究了分布于卵巢的迷走传入和传出神经元胞体的位置以及传入纤维在中枢的分布。结果表明:1、支配鸡卵巢的迷走传入神经元胞体位于双侧结节状节和颈静脉节;共传人纤维主要分布于延髓孤束核的后内层中间亚核,尾内层中间亚核和尾内层背侧亚核,同时还分布于孤束和Caja1氏连合核。2、支配卵巢的迷走传出神经元的胞体主要位于迷背核的前后腹侧小细胞亚核和后背侧混合细胞亚核,并分散于毗邻的其它五个亚核;同时还分布于中间核和中间带。3、迷背核和孤束核间有纤维连系。
