采用简单、高效的化学沉淀法制备出规则的片状纳米SrSO4粉体,研究了温度、Sr2+浓度和乙醇加入量等对粉体的粒径、粒度分布和团聚程度的影响,通过正交试验选择出合适的工艺参数与控制条件。利用SEM、XRD和DSC等方法对粉体进行了形貌观察、物相分析及热物性分析。结果表明,采用乙醇-水溶液体系制备SrSO4粉体的最佳工艺为室温条件下,Sr2+浓度为1.0 mol/L,乙醇加入量为反应溶液总体积的30%。通过控制粉体在溶液中的饱和度可以制备出形状规则、晶型一致、粒度分布窄、分散性良好的纳米硫酸锶粉体。
The simple and efficient chemical precipitation method was used to prepare the regular nanostructured SrSO4 powder. The effects of temperature, Sr2 + concentration and ethanol concentration on the particle size, particle size distribution and agglomeration degree were studied. A suitable process parameters and control conditions. The morphology, phase analysis and thermophysical properties of the powders were characterized by SEM, XRD and DSC. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of SrSO4 from ethanol - water solution were as follows: the concentration of Sr2 + was 1.0 mol / L and the amount of ethanol was 30% of the total volume of the reaction solution at room temperature. By controlling the saturation of the powder in the solution, the nano-strontium sulfate strontium powder with regular shape, uniform crystal form, narrow particle size distribution and good dispersibility can be prepared.
