目的：本文对《中华神经精神科杂志》等９种医学期刊１９８４～１９９５年发表的有关氯氮平不良反应的２５６篇文献、１４８９１例单用氯氮平病人资料分别进行综合统计分析，探讨了氯氮平不良反应的各种表现及其发生频率。
Objective: In this paper, 256 articles about adverse reactions of clozapine published in 9 kinds of medical journals such as “Journal of Neurology and Psychiatry” from 1984 to 1995 and 14,891 cases of clozapine alone were comprehensively analyzed statistically Various manifestations of clozapine adverse reactions and their frequency of occurrence.
