目的采用反相HPLC法同时分离测定一清胶囊中5种大黄蒽醌衍生物的含量。方法采用Kromasil ODS-C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm),流动相A为0.033%三乙胺甲醇溶液(冰醋酸调pH3),流动相B为0.5%三乙胺水溶液(冰醋酸调pH3),梯度洗脱,检测波长430 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果 5种大黄蒽醌衍生物含量测定方法的线性关系良好,r为0.9995~0.9998;回收率为98.18%~101.40%。结论所用方法专属性强、结果准确、重复性好,可用于一清胶囊中5种大黄蒽醌衍生物的含量测定。
Objective To determine the contents of five rhubarb anthraquinone derivatives in YiQing Capsules by reverse phase HPLC. Methods Kromasil ODS-C18 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5.0 μm) was used. The mobile phase A was 0.033% triethylamine in methanol (adjusted to glacial acetic acid) and the mobile phase B was 0.5% triethylamine in aqueous solution PH3), gradient elution, detection wavelength 430 nm, flow rate 1.0 mL · min-1. Results The calibration curve of the five rhubarb anthraquinone derivatives showed a good linearity (r = 0.9995-0.9998). The recoveries ranged from 98.18% to 101.40%. Conclusion The method used is specific, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of five rhubarb anthraquinone derivatives in Yiqing Capsules.
