房地产行业可以说是我国经济的支柱产业,是国家经济的命脉。而且,随着我国整体经济的高速发展,房地产行业也发生了翻天覆地的变化。所谓房地产经济管理,主要就是指在一定数量的商品房之中,能够对这些商品房支出的费用,然后对这些费用进行管理,最后在把这些费用按成本项目进行分配以及分类,目的是对房地产开发项目的单位面积的成本以及房地产开发项目所投入的总成本进行高效的管理。房地产经济管理中有诸多的问题,政策不连续,管理目标不明确,管理机制不健全,法律法规体系不完善等,从各个方面入手,提升我们国家房地产行业的经济管理水平,促进行业的良好发展。
