Living Library服务2008年传入我国,次年在国内高校正式开展。但是,服务理念和方式极具人性化的Living Library活动在国内并未形成规模效应。目前高校已开展的Living Library服务局限性很大,主要由图书馆、大学生组织或院校科研机构举办,活动场所局限于图书馆内部;活动范围很小,仅有4所高校开展过此类服务项目;活动主题单一,涉及的社会问题有限,仅是国内个别高校服务创新的一种尝试。这一全新的服务理论被图书情报学界和广大用户普遍接受尚需时日。
Living Library services were introduced into China in 2008 and officially started in domestic universities the following year. However, Living Library activities with a very humanistic service concept and method have not had the scale effect in China. At present, the Living Library services that colleges and universities have carried out are very limited. They are mainly held by libraries, undergraduates or institutions of higher education and scientific research institutes. Their activities are confined to the interior of the library. There are only a very small range of activities and only 4 universities have conducted such services Project; the theme of the activity is single and the social problems involved are limited, which is only an attempt of service innovation of individual colleges and universities in China. This new service theory is generally accepted by the library and information industry and the general user still needs time.
