泡罩塔是板式塔的一种,因其特有的“升气管——泡罩”结构,使得前人对其的研究远没有象对筛板塔的研究那样深入。本文采用双头电导探针对单泡罩塔板上泡罩的鼓泡情况进行了测试,并对探针测试信号进行了小波变换和能谱分析,结果表明:单泡罩鼓泡在齿缝速度为8.45~10.65m/s范围内有一不变的主频,约4.5Hz;电导探针测试信号的平均小波能谱和尺度服从幂律关系,能谱指数β的值在1.6332~2.1273之间;单泡罩塔板上探针测试信号具有分形特征,分形维数为1.4364~1.6834。
Bubble tower is a plate tower, because of its unique “aspirator - bubble” structure, making the predecessors of its far from the study of sieve plate as deep. In this paper, a double-head conductance probe was used to test the bubbling of the blisters on the single bubble plate tray. Wavelet transform and energy spectrum analysis of the probe test signal were carried out. The results showed that: The velocity of 8.45 ~ 10.65m / s in the range of a constant frequency, about 4.5Hz; conductance probe test signal average wavelet energy spectrum and scale obey the power law relationship, the spectrum index β value between 1.6332 ~ 2.1273 . The single probe test signal on the bubble plate has the fractal characteristic, the fractal dimension is 1.4364 ~ 1.6834.
