我中心1994～1998年共施行皮下埋植避孕剂手术1468例,除常见副反应月经紊乱外,最近发现2例出现严重皮疹,现报道如下。 例1 张某,30岁,因3次带器妊娠,口服避孕药有严重胃肠道反应于1998年4月2日(月经来潮3日)来本中心行皮下埋植术。该妇女既往体健,无内分泌、肝、肾疾患。体检:BP14/9kPa,体重56kg,乳腺及心肺(-),腹平软,肝脾肋下未及,NS(-),无皮下埋植禁忌证,当日行皮下埋植术。次日患者因切口周围奇痒伴周身皮疹,于术后12小时复诊。查体:面部轻度浮肿,全身布满鲜红色的丘疹,压之褪色。追问
