[目的]通过观察复方田七胃痛胶囊对胃溃疡(GU)大鼠胃黏膜一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)以及内皮素(ET)水平的影响,探讨其保护胃黏膜损伤的可能机制。[方法]采用Okabe乙酸烧灼法制作大鼠胃前壁溃疡模型,随机将模型动物分为模型组,复方田七胃痛胶囊(简称复方田七)大、中、小剂量组,硫糖铝及法莫替丁组,各组分别连续给药治疗10 d。给药结束后,检测溃疡周围组织NO、NOS及ET的水平。[结果]与模型组相比,所有给药组均能够提高胃组织NO及NOS的水平,减低大鼠胃组织ET的水平(P<0.01);其中复方田七大剂量组的作用最强。[结论]复方田七胃痛胶囊提高大鼠胃组织NO及NOS、显著降低ET水平,可能是提高大鼠GU黏膜愈合程度的作用机制之一。
[Objective] To observe the effect of compound Tianqi Weitong Capsule on the levels of nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and endothelin (ET) in gastric mucosa of gastric ulcer (GU) rats and to explore its protective effect on gastric mucosa. Possible mechanism of injury. [Methods] Okabe acetic acid cauterization method was used to make rat gastric anterior wall ulcer model. Model animals were randomly divided into model group, compound Tianqi Weitong capsule (referred to as compound Tianqi), large, medium and small dose groups, sucralfate and method. In the motilin group, each group was continuously treated for 10 days. After the administration, the levels of NO, NOS, and ET around the ulcer were measured. [Results]Compared with the model group, all administration groups could increase NO and NOS levels in stomach tissue and reduce the level of ET in gastric tissue of rats (P<0.01). Among them, compound Tianda 7 large dose group had the strongest effect. [Conclusion] Compound Tianqi Weitong Capsule can increase NO and NOS in gastric tissue and significantly reduce ET level in rats, which may be one of the mechanisms to increase the degree of GU mucosal healing in rats.
