高等教育经历是科技人员丰富知识体系和提升科研水平的重要阶段。多样化的高等教育背景是科技人才成长过程中的要素之一。本研究以1322名长江学者特聘教授为对象,分析了多样化教育背景因素对学者成才时间的影响。研究发现:高等教育背景的多样性对学者整体成才速率的影响并不显著,只对学者成长部分阶段的时间产生影响;高等教育背景的多样性对学者成才时间的影响存在较大学科差异。我们认为,应根据高等教育背景对不同学科科技人才成长的不同影响,选择适合本学科的科技人才培养模式。
Higher education experience is an important phase in which science and technology personnel enrich their knowledge systems and enhance the level of scientific research. Diversified higher education background is one of the elements in the growth of science and technology talents. In this study, 1322 Cheung Kong Scholar Chair Professors were selected to analyze the influence of diversified educational background on the success of scholars. The results show that the diversity of higher education background has no significant effect on the overall rate of the success of scholars, only affects the time of some stages of the growth of academics. The diversity of higher education background has great academic differences on the success of scholars. In our opinion, we should choose the training model for science and technology talents suitable for this discipline according to the different influences of the background of higher education on the growth of science and technology talents in different disciplines.
