目的 :探讨胎盘 IL- 6 m RNA及羊水 IL- 6与妊高征及胎盘、胎儿生长发育关系。方法 :妊高征组 5 7例 ,正常妊娠组 15例 ,均无感染及宫缩 ,应用 RT- PCR法检测胎盘 IL- 6 m RNA表达状况 ,EL ASA法检测羊水 IL- 6含量。结果 :1胎盘 IL- 6 m RNA及羊水 IL- 6含量随妊高征病情加重均呈下降趋势 ,经统计学处理 ,妊高征各组胎盘 IL- 6 m RNA含量均显著低于正常妊娠组 (P<0 .0 5、P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 0 1) ,中、重度妊高征组羊水 IL- 6含量极显著低于正常妊娠组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。2中、重度妊高征组中 ,羊水 IL- 6与胎盘 IL- 6 m RNA呈高度相关 ,r=0 .79、P<0 .0 1。3重度妊高征伴 IUGR者 ,胎盘 IL- 6 m RNA及羊水 IL- 6显著低于无 IUGR者 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :妊高征时胎盘产生并转送 IL- 6能力下降 ,导致胎盘滋养细胞缺血及胎盘、胎儿生长发育障碍。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between placental IL-6 m RNA, amniotic fluid IL-6 and pregnancy-induced hypertension and placenta and fetal growth and development. Methods: 57 cases of PIH group and 15 cases of normal pregnancy group had no infection and uterine contractions. The expression of IL-6 mRNA in placenta was detected by RT-PCR and the level of IL-6 in amniotic fluid was detected by EL-ASA. Results: 1 IL-6mRNA in placenta and IL-6 in amniotic fluid all showed a decreasing trend with the increase of PIH. After statistical analysis, the content of IL-6mRNA in placenta of PIH group was significantly lower than that in normal pregnancy group (P <0.05, P <0.01, P <0.01). The level of amniotic fluid IL-6 in moderate and severe PIH was significantly lower than that in normal pregnancy (P <0.05) 1). 2 In middle and severe PIH group, IL-6 in amniotic fluid was highly correlated with IL-6 mRNA in placenta, r = 0.79, P <0. 1.3 In patients with severe PIH with IUGR and placental IL- 6 m RNA and amniotic fluid IL-6 were significantly lower than those without IUGR (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The ability of placenta to produce and transfer IL-6 during pregnancy-induced hypertension is decreased, resulting in ischemia of placental trophoblast and impaired growth and development of the placenta and fetus.
