采用活性氧化铝和氧化锌脱除煤基2-丁烯原料中的硫和氯杂质,采用载铜活性炭脱除氧,选择性催化加氢脱除微量氧和1,3-丁二烯,并对净化后的煤基2-丁烯原料进行铑/双亚膦酸酯均相催化氢甲酰化反应的工业侧线评价。结果表明,在20℃、液相空速900 g/(h·L)的条件下脱除硫、氯、氧杂质,其含量均未检出;在40℃、液相空速2 100 g/(h·L)、氢气与1,3-丁二烯的物质的量比为1.05的条件下脱除1,3-丁二烯,其含量也未检出。在161 h的工业侧线评价试验期间,戊醛收率平稳保持在85.1%左右,正戊醛和异
