随着旅游个性化时代的到来,越来越多的游客倾向于购买具有体验性和文化内涵的旅游产品,因而出现了以饮食文化旅游资源为核心的旅游体验产品。国内对饮食文化旅游资源的研究尚且处于起步阶段,很多学者从不同的研究视角、研究方法对我国饮食文化旅游资源开发进行了探索,取得了不错的研究成果。但目前对川渝地区少数民族饮食旅游资源开发还处于空缺状态。论文从川渝少数民资饮食文化旅游资源开发现状、存在的问题及开发对策进行浅析,希望能对川渝地区饮食文化旅游资源开发提供帮助和参考,并且能够纳入规划体系中。
With the advent of tourism personalized era, more and more tourists tend to buy tourism products with experiential and cultural connotations, so tourism experience products with catering cultural tourism resources as the core emerge. Domestic research on food culture and tourism resources is still in its infancy. Many scholars have explored the development of China’s food culture tourism resources from different perspectives and methods and have achieved good research results. However, the development of dietary tourism resources for ethnic minorities in Sichuan and Chongqing is still vacant. The paper analyzes the status quo, existing problems and development strategies of Sichuan-Chongqing minority food-tourism resources, hoping to provide some help and reference for the development of food-culture tourism resources in Sichuan and Chongqing, and can be included in the planning system.
