目的 :观察合浦珠母贝生殖腺及消化道促性腺激素释放激素 (Gonadotropin releasinghormone,GnRH)及其受体的表达及分布 ,为进一步研究GnRH对合浦珠母贝生殖和消化功能的调控提供形态学依据 .方法 :利用免疫组织化学ABC法和SP法 .结果 :在消化道的上皮细胞 ,固有层细胞和生精小管上皮细胞 ,GnRH及其受体均呈阳性反应 ,阳性反应物分布在细胞质内 ,细胞核呈阴性反应 ,卵巢间质细胞均呈弱阳性反应 .结论 :合浦珠母贝生殖腺及消化道既能分泌GnRH又能表达其受体 ,说明GnRH可能通过自分泌或旁分泌作用来调节合浦珠母贝的繁殖及消化功能 ,这些发现为以后GnRH在合浦珠母贝人工育苗方面的应用奠定了基础
