对问题学生进行疏导和转化,是中学教育的一项重要任务。本文以一名离异家庭的子女为例,通过对该问题学生的心理和行为症状的诊断,分析问题学生的形成原因,探索并实践符合该生个体特征的合理有效的教育矫治策略。
It is an important task for secondary education to ease and transform the problem students. This paper takes a child of a divorced family as an example. By analyzing the students’ psychological and behavioral symptoms, this paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of the problem students, and explores and practices reasonable and effective strategies of education and correction in line with the individual characteristics of the students.
