我国在人力资源管理外包方面相比于其他国家来说起步较晚,在各个方面还不健全,存在许多不足之处,加之我国的市场经济不够健全,导致此种管理方法的风险更为突显,给企业决策增添了难度。因此,我国应该在企业人力资源管理方面建立相应的外包决策模型,吸收外国在此方面管理的机制优势。基于此,基于风险外包决策的角度进行分析与探索,并提出相关的意见或建议。
