以过氧苯甲酰为氧化剂,氯仿或二氯甲烷为多氯甲基源,在与N-芳基丙烯酰胺的反应中通过自由基加成环化,合成了一系列多氯甲基取代的2-吲哚酮类化合物.反应无需金属催化剂,简单高效,底物范围较广.
Using benzoyl peroxide as oxidant and chloroform or methylene chloride as the source of polychloromethyl, a series of polychloromethyl substituted compounds were synthesized via free radical addition reaction with N-aryl acrylamide 2-indolones. The reaction does not require a metal catalyst, which is simple and efficient with a wide range of substrates.
