缺血预适应作为一种强大的内源性心肌保护作用,其机制至今尚无定论。在不同实验模型上由不同的机理所介导。人们相信这种普遍存在于动物及人类心脏的保护作用,应有一种共同存在的机制。研究表明,蛋白激酶 C 在缺血预适应保护机制中起着重要的共同通路作用,成为其细胞跨膜信号传递的中枢环节。
Ischemic preconditioning as a powerful endogenous myocardial protection, the mechanism is still not conclusive. Different experimental models are mediated by different mechanisms. It is believed that there should be a co-existing mechanism for the general protection of this animal and human heart. Studies have shown that protein kinase C plays an important common pathway in the mechanism of ischemic preconditioning protection and becomes the central part of its cell transmembrane signaling.
