笔者自1991年以来,采用中西医结合治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折、骨盆骨折引起的后腹膜血肿89例,并与西医对照组89例进行临床观察,治疗组腹胀减轻时间及排气、排大便的时间较对照组提前1～2天,疗效满意,报告如下。1 一般资料 全部病人均是住院病人。治疗组89例,男59例,女30例;年龄15～67岁,平均41岁。胸腰段骨折60例,骨盆骨折29例。就诊时间3小时至1天。致伤原因跌伤50例,车祸伤39例。
