本文介绍特异性ＤＮＡ免疫吸附剂的制备及血浆灌流治疗系统性红斑狼疮的体会．ＤＮＡ免疫吸附剂以碳化树脂为载体，将小牛胸腺ＤＮＡ与兰四唑阳离子络合后与火棉胶混合固定於载体表面。实验室试验吸附剂对ＤＮＡ抗体的特异性吸附功效大于７５％，血浆灌流的方法是使用血浆分离器．分离后的血浆经过ＤＮＡ免疫吸附剂净化再与血球混合回输给患者，观察结果显示，血浆经过免疫吸附后，末稍血中白血球、血小板、血红蛋白无显著变化，抗ＤＮＡ抗体及ＢｕＮ显著减少，笔者认为特异性吸附剂血浆灌流是理想的血液净化形式，并且为治疗难治性免疫性疾病提供了新的治疗方式． This article describes the preparation of specific DNA immunoadsorbent and plasma perfusion in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus experience. DNA immunosorbent with carbonized resin as a carrier, the calf thymus DNA and blue tetrazolium cation complex with collodion fixed on the carrier surface. Laboratory test adsorbent specific adsorption of DNA antibodies greater than 75%, plasma perfusion method is the use of plasma separator. The separated plasma was purified by DNA immunosorbent and then mixed with blood cells to be transfused back to the patients. The results showed that there was no significant change in the final blood leukocytes, platelets and hemoglobin after the plasma was immunosorbed, and the anti-DNA antibodies and BuN were significantly reduced. I believe that the specific adsorbent plasma perfusion is an ideal form of blood purification, and for the treatment of refractory immune disease provides a new treatment.
