因用抗菌素在同一病人同时引起剝脱性皮炎、白色念珠菌感染、颗粒性白細胞减少症还比較罕見,我院曾遇一例,現报导如下: 患儿許某,男,10个月,于1961年6月11日入院。据訴患儿在5月10日患中毒性消化不良,經用收歛剂及合、青霉素治疗,症状基本好轉。5月23日复現高热、精神不振、嗜睡、噁心嘔吐、膿血粘液大便增至10～20次,因入某医院治疗,連续使用青、合、鏈、土、氯霉素及輸液等治疗約二周,腹泻、膿血粘液便基本好轉,但其他症状逐漸加剧,并出現鵝口疮、剝脱性皮炎及顆粒性白細胞減少症,乃轉入我院治疗。
