目的识别、分析、评价某钼矿企业30 000 t/d扩建工程建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,提出相应的防护对策与措施,防治和控制职业病的发生。方法采用检查表分析法、类比法和经验法进行评价。结果该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素主要有矽尘、煤尘、噪声、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、高温、工频电场。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目可以实施。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards that may occur in a 30,000 t / d expansion project of a molybdenum mining enterprise, propose appropriate countermeasures and measures for prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods Checklist analysis, analogy and experience were used to evaluate. Results The main risk factors of occupational diseases in the production process are silica dust, coal dust, noise, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, high temperature and power frequency electric field. Conclusion The project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards. The occupational hazards that may occur during the production process can be prevented. From the perspective of occupational health, the project can be implemented.
