目的掌握输入性蚊虫携带病原体情况,为卫生检疫执法提供技术支持,保障国境口岸卫生安全。方法采用分子生物学方法,对捕获的蚊虫进行黄病毒科(Flaviviridae)黄病毒属(Flavivirus)病毒检测。结果从来自日本船舶(柬埔寨籍“恒利”号)捕获的2只淡色库蚊(Culex pipiens pallens)中检测到库蚊黄病毒(Culex flavivirus)。结论国境口岸首次从输入性蚊虫中检测到库蚊黄病毒,应进一步强化技术手段开展检疫执法。
Objective To understand the situation of imported mosquitoes carrying pathogens, provide technical support for health quarantine and law enforcement, and ensure the health and safety of border crossings. Methods Flavivirus was detected in Flaviviridae from captured mosquitoes by molecular biology method. Results Culex flavivirus was detected in 2 Culex pipiens pallens captured from a Japanese ship (Cambodian “Hengli”). Conclusion For the first time, Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus virus was detected at imported border mosquitoes, and quarantine enforcement should be further strengthened by technical means.
