农村学校在现有的条件和生存境遇下,如何开发和实施校本课程,走出一条有生机和特色的办学之路?作为一所普通的农村小学,龙安桥小学充分利用当地农村为数不多的资源,通过借鉴学习,自主创编教材,开发并逐步推广了石头装饰、酒瓶彩绘、欢乐腰鼓、民族舞蹈、武术体操、花样跳绳等六项校本课程。龙安桥小学的探索为我们提供了一种可行的经验:办学条件和校本课程开发未必是一种正相关关系,关键取决于教育者能否坚守教育信念、具有“无中生有”的创造精神和持续的有效行动。
