小花棘豆是西北地区危害牲畜的主要有毒植物之一,其毒性成分的研究尚未见报道。我们从该植物的地上部分分离得到5种成分,经光谱学和其它理化常数测定,分别将其鉴定为1,1,1,7,7,7-六氯-2,6-二羟基-庚酮-4(Ⅰ),2,2,2-三氯乙醛-乙基半缩醛(Ⅱ)、棕榈酸(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜甾醇(Ⅳ)和正三十四烷(Ⅴ).其中.Ⅰ和Ⅱ为两个新的天然产物。毒理实验表明,Ⅰ的LD_50为133.4mg/kg,属高毒类化合物。
Oxytropis squarrosa is one of the major poisonous plants that harm livestock in Northwest China. The study of toxic components has not been reported. We isolated five components from the aerial parts of the plant and identified them as 1,1,1,7,7,7-hexachloro-2,6-dihydroxy-g by spectroscopic and other physicochemical constants. Keto-4(I), 2,2,2-trichloroacetaldehyde-ethyl hemiacetal (II), palmitic acid (III), carotenol (IV) and n-tetradecane (V). I and II are two new natural products. The toxicological experiments showed that the LD_50 of I was 133.4mg/kg, which was a highly toxic compound.
