Objective: To analyze the distribution of colorectal diseases detected by colonoscopy in 1 719 healthy people. Methods: According to the analysis of 1 719 asymptomatic patients undergoing electronic colonoscopy, the total detection rate of colorectal diseases and the detection rate of various types of colorectal diseases were divided into male and female groups according to their ages <30 years old, 30-44 years old, 45-59 years old, 60-74 years old, 75 years old (including 75 years old) group according to BMI were divided into non-obese, overweight and obesity group, comparing gender, age, BMI Differences in the detection rate of colorectal diseases. Results: The total positive rate of colorectal diseases was 63.53% in healthy physical examination population. The highest detection rate of various diseases was nonspecific colitis (42.76%), colorectal polyps (17.16%), knot Rectal cancer (0.93%), colorectal melanosis (0.81%), colorectal diverticulum (0.76%), colorectal vascular malformations (0.47%), etc. The detection rate of colorectal diseases in male subjects was higher than that of female subjects The detection rate of colorectal diseases in 45 years and older was higher than that of people under 45 years old, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total detection rate of colorectal disease in different body mass index (BMI) No statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The overall detection rate of colorectal diseases in asymptomatic subjects is high. The types of diseases detected are nonspecific colitis and colorectal polyps are more common. The colorectal diseases are related to gender and age.
