目的为研究和开发利用唇形科香薷属种类提供生药学理论基础,并通过香薷属的叶横切面显微特征对比,为后续研究提出指导意见。方法采用生药学常用鉴别方法对香薷属的叶横切面显微特征进行了对比。结果通过光学显微镜观察并分析了香薷属叶横切面的5组特征。结论香薷属的叶横切面特征具有较多的生态学意义,且对种的描述鉴别也是有用的。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a theoretical basis of pharmacognosy for the research and exploitation of the genus Limonaceae, and to provide guidance for follow-up studies by comparing the microscopic features of the leaf cross-section of the genus. Methods The microscopic characteristics of the leaf cross section of the genus Marjoram were compared by common identification methods of biopharmaceuticals. Results Five sets of characteristics of the leaf cuttings of Morindae were observed and analyzed by light microscopy. Conclusion The leaf cross-section characteristics of the genus Morus have more ecological significance and are also useful for identifying the species.
