采用溶胶-凝胶法制备5-甲氧甲基-8-羟基喹啉铝氧化硅溶胶复合涂层。并采用差热分析、扫描电镜、紫外-可见分光光度计、荧光分光光度计等手段分别对涂层的稳定性、微观形貌、透光性、发光性质等进行表征。结果表明,采用二氧化硅溶胶法制备5-甲氧甲基8-羟基喹啉铝氧化硅复合涂层,简便易行,涂层热稳定性好,不易脱落,具有良好的实用性。
Preparation of 5-methoxymethyl-8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum oxide silica sol composite coating by sol-gel method. The stability, microstructure, optical transparency and luminescent properties of the coatings were characterized by means of differential thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results showed that the preparation of 5-methoxymethyl 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum oxide composite coating by silica sol was simple and easy to be carried out. The coating had good thermal stability and was not easy to fall off. It has good practicability.
