为调查广东汉族人群PowerPlexTM16体系15个STR基因座遗传多态性,并探讨其在法医学检案中的应用价值,应用PowerPlexTM16荧光标记复合扩增系统,对广东地区10071名汉族无关个体的血样DNA进行15个STR基因座的复合扩增,用ABl377或3100遗传分析仪对扩增产物进行分型,统计15个STR基因座的群体遗传学参数和法医学应用相关参数。结果表明PowerPlexTM16体系可满足广东汉族人群法医学的个体识别及亲权鉴定的需要,大样本频率调查能获得更可靠的频率资料。
In order to investigate the genetic polymorphisms of 15 STR loci in the PowerPlexTM16 system of Guangdong Han population and to explore its value in forensic medical examination, the PowerPlexTM16 fluorescent labeling multiplex amplification system was used to analyze the DNA of 10071 Han unrelated individuals in Guangdong province Fifteen STR loci were amplified by using the ABl377 or 3100 genetic analyzer to classify the amplified products. The population genetic parameters and forensic application-related parameters of 15 STR loci were calculated. The results show that the PowerPlexTM16 system can meet the needs of forensic identification and forensic identification of forensic medicine in Guangdong Han population. Large sample frequency survey can obtain more reliable frequency data.
