用改进X线光密度法检测202例镉接触工人桡骨中远端1/3处骨矿含量,发现镉接触工人骨矿含量与对照组比显著下降(P<0.01)。骨矿含量与尿镉、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)呈负相关(P<0.01),用骨指标+肾指标诊断镉伤害“病人”,诊断特异度100%,误诊率为零。
Using the improved X-ray densitometry to detect the bone mineral content in the middle and distal 1/3 of the radial contact of 202 cadmium exposed workers, it was found that the bone mineral content of cadmium exposed workers decreased significantly compared with the control group (P <0.01). Bone mineral content was negatively correlated with urinary cadmium and urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) (P <0.01). Patients with cadmium injury were diagnosed by using bone index and renal index. The diagnosis of 100% , Misdiagnosis rate is zero.
