In recent years, twin pregnancy cases are on the rise. The complications caused by twin pregnancies also threaten the lives and health of multiple pregnancy women and fetuses more and more seriously. The amount of amniotic fluid, to some extent, reflect the mother and fetus healthy living conditions. Abnormal amniotic fluid, either too much or too little, is associated with increased maternal and fetal complications. Therefore, prenatal monitoring of amniotic fluid is very important. The use of ultrasound to measure amniotic fluid volume is a subjective, semi-quantitative measurement. In 1987, Phelan et al began to apply amniotic fluid index (amniotic fluid index, AFI) tracer amniotic fluid volume. AFI for singleton pregnancies was 16.2 ± 5.3 cm (mean ± standard deviation). As an effective measure of amniotic fluid volume, AFI has been widely accepted and used clinically. To determine the normal twin single pregnancy
