目的研究美国医疗机构评审国际联合委员会(Joint Commission International,JCI)标准下呼吸机管道集中供应对降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的应用效果。方法将2014年10月~2015年10月收治的396例患者为对照组(呼吸机常规消毒管理),将2015年11月~2016年11月收治的279例患者为观察组(JCI标准下呼吸机管道集中供应),比较两组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率。结果观察组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率3.6‰,对照组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率12.6‰,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组炎性细胞因子水平、呼吸机菌群浓度相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 JCI标准下呼吸机管道集中供应可显著降低呼吸机菌群浓度和呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率,具有重要的临床推广使用价值。
Objective To study the effect of centralized supply of ventilator ducts under the Joint Commission International (JCI) standard on the reduction of ventilator-associated pneumonia in U.S. medical institutions. Methods A total of 396 patients admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the control group (Ventilator routine disinfection management). The 279 patients treated from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the observation group Machine pipe centralized supply), compared the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in both groups. Results The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the observation group was 3.6 ‰, and the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the control group was 12.6 ‰ (P <0.05). The levels of inflammatory cytokines, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The centralized supply of JCI standard lower ventilator pipeline can significantly reduce the concentration of ventilator and the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia, which is of great clinical value.
