目前连续铸锭的理论研究对于引锭的工作方式没有引起人们的足够重视。但是连铸中普遍存在的结晶器磨损,铸锭表面裂纹等问题,都属于机械受力问题,都与引锭方式有直接关系,此问题在水平连铸中更为突出。当前的水平连续铸锭,多属于一种 Wertleli 法,采用石墨结晶器内套和间歇引锭方式。对于引锭方式的研究,国外一些国家正在研究中。本文综合了近年来国外在水平连铸引锭方式试验研究中所取得的正反两方面的经验,特别是英国反推式引锭的经验和西德微引程引锭的失败教训,并结合本厂的工作实践,
At present, the theoretical research of continuous ingot does not pay enough attention to the working mode of ingot.
