案例: 黄建荣是上海一所著名院校计算机专业的毕业生。2003年,小黄毕业后很顺利地进入了一家国际知名企业,从事售后技术支持工作,主要负责客户咨询服务。可是一年后,小黄对工作却渐渐失去了原有的热情。原来,黄建荣感到自己每天的工作,就是通过电话为客户解决技术问题,很单调,似乎学不到什么东西。而在最近的一次同学聚会上,小黄看到一些同学通过跳槽,不但收入提高了,而且人也变得自信起来,看着他们眉飞色舞地讲述着自己的故事,小黄不禁萌生了跳槽的念头。随后,黄建荣应聘了几家公司,可都因为薪水、企业文化、发展空间等原因没能成功。跳槽不成,而现在的工作又实在不愿干,小黄觉得自己的每一天都过得很痛苦,无奈的他找到了专业职业指导员以寻求帮助。
