目的 观察应激刺激对大鼠血浆唾液酸含量的影响及与免疫功能的关系。方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定应激及麻醉状态下大鼠血浆唾液酸含量的改变 ,同时应用免疫组织化学法检测外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群的阳性率。结果 束缚 +浸水应激组大鼠血浆唾液酸含量较清醒大鼠明显升高 (t=3.2 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,麻醉大鼠血浆唾液酸水平较清醒大鼠降低 (t=3.17,P <0 .0 1) ;应激刺激可降低大鼠血液 CD3、CD4细胞的百分率 (t=4.5 6~ 5 .81,P <0 .0 1)而 CD8百分率提高 (t=2 .78,P <0 .0 5 )。结论应激刺激可提高大鼠血浆唾液酸水平 ,并抑制机体免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effect of stress stimulation on plasma sialic acid and its relationship with immune function. Methods The changes of plasma sialic acid in rats under stress and anesthesia were measured by UV spectrophotometry. Meanwhile, the positive rate of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with awake rats, the plasma sialic acid level in shackles + water immersion group was significantly higher than that in awake rats (t = 3.2 5, P <0.01) , P <0.01). The stress stimulation reduced the percentage of CD3 and CD4 cells in blood (t = 4.56-5.81, P <0.01) and the percentage of CD8 increased (t = 2.78 , P <0. 05). Conclusions Stress stimulation can increase plasma sialic acid level and inhibit immune function.
