ras p21是ras癌基因共同编码的M_r21000蛋白质。ras癌基因激活致p21过量表达,胎盘型谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST-pi)是一种重要的肿瘤标志酶。较多的研究表明,GST-pi在人体肝肿瘤、胃癌、子宫内膜癌组织中含量显著升高。我们检测大肠腺瘤及其在癌变中ras p21,GST-pi表达状况,观察其分布和量的变化,探讨大肠腺瘤在癌变中两种标记物复合表达的内在联系及其意义。 1 材料和方法收集本教研室及附属医院病理科结肠肿瘤手术标本及活检材料,大肠腺瘤52例,包括管状腺瘤34例,绒毛状腺瘤18例,正常结肠粘膜31例,大肠中分化腺癌20例。标本经10%福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋,连续切片,HE染色及免疫组化染色。
ras p21 is the M_r21000 protein co-encoded by the ras oncogene. ras oncogene activation leads to overexpression of p21, and placental glutathione S-transferase (GST-pi) is an important tumor marker enzyme. More studies have shown that GST-pi in human liver tumors, gastric cancer, endometrial cancer tissue levels were significantly increased. We examined the expression of ras p21 and GST-pi in colorectal adenomas and their carcinogenesis, observed their distribution and quantity changes, and discussed the intrinsic relationship between the two markers in colorectal adenomas and its significance. 1 Materials and Methods The Department of Pathology, Department of Pathology colon cancer surgical specimens and biopsy specimens, colorectal adenoma in 52 cases, including 34 cases of tubular adenoma, villous adenoma in 18 cases, 31 cases of normal colonic mucosa, 20 cases of cancer. The specimens were fixed in 10% formalin, embedded in paraffin, serial sections, HE staining and immunohistochemical staining.
