报道了含对称六齿配体N,N,N′,N′-四(2′-苯并咪唑甲基)乙二胺(EDTB)的单核镍(Ⅱ)配合物[Ni(EDTB)]·2ClO4·2CH3CH2CH2CH2OH的合成、晶体结构及催化尿素水解的活性.该配合物为三斜晶系,P 1空间群,a=1.022 97(12)nm,b=1.281 81(15)nm,c=1.853 0(2)nm,α=72.470(2)°,β=77.400(2)°,γ=81.603(2)°,V=2.252 7(4)nm3,Z=2,F(000)=1 032,Dc=1.454g/cm3,Mr=986.53,μ(MoKα)=0.618mm-1.最终因子R[I>2σ(I)]:R1=0.066 8,wR2=0.181 4;R(全部数据):R1=0.070 5,wR2=0.184 7.结构分析表明,镍(Ⅱ)分别与配体中的4个苯并咪唑氮原子和2个胺基氮原子配位,形成一个六配位的畸变八面体.荧光光谱法实验表明,该配合物具有催化尿素水解的活性.

Structural analysis shows that nickel (Ⅱ) coordinates with four benzimidazole nitrogen atoms and two amine nitrogen atoms in the ligand respectively to form a six-coordinated distorted eight Fluorescence spectroscopy experiments show that the complex has the activity of catalyzing urea hydrolysis.
