文章应用Marc有限元软件建立了钢板剪力墙对接焊缝的有限元模型,并对其进行瞬态热-力耦合分析,得出加肋钢板剪力墙水平及垂直方向焊缝的残余应力分布规律及特点。对有残余应力的力学模型与无残余应力的力学模型均施加相同的边界条件及水平位移,进行力学性能模拟分析。对比结果得出残余应力显著影响带肋剪力墙的极限承载力,对滞回耗能能力影响不大,此外,残余应力的存在会影响外框与墙体的刚度协调,使墙体更易屈曲,局部变形更大,设计时应加以考虑。
In this paper, finite element model of butt weld of steel plate shear wall is established by Marc finite element software, and the transient thermo-mechanical coupling analysis is carried out to obtain the residual stress distribution of horizontal and vertical welds of ribbed steel plate shear wall Laws and characteristics. The same boundary conditions and horizontal displacements are applied to the mechanical model with residual stress and the mechanical model without residual stress to simulate the mechanical properties. The results show that the residual stress significantly affects the ultimate bearing capacity of the ribbed shear wall and has little effect on the hysteretic energy dissipation capacity. In addition, the residual stress will affect the stiffness of the frame and the wall to make the wall more flexible , The larger the local deformation, design should be taken into account.
