基于多相流及矿井通风理论,利用相似性实验方法,搭建了煤矿掘进巷道模型,并通过模型实验获得了掘进巷道内风流流场和瓦斯浓度分布场的特征信息。结合上述两方面的特征信息重点分析了巷道内瓦斯运移多相流场的流动特性,所采用方法对于矿井通风系统及瓦斯监测系统的设计具有较强指导意义。实验结果表明掘进巷道内瓦斯运移的实质是瓦斯组分在矿内混合风流流动中的质量传递过程。
Based on the theory of multiphase flow and mine ventilation, a similarity test method is used to build a mine roadway model, and the characteristic information of the airflow field and gas concentration distribution field in the roadway is obtained through the model experiment. Combined with the above two characteristics of information, the flow characteristics of multi-phase flow field of gas and gas migration in roadways are analyzed emphatically. The proposed method is of great guiding significance to mine ventilation system and gas monitoring system design. The experimental results show that the essence of gas migration in roadway is the mass transfer process of gas components in mixed flow in mine.
