水利是农业的命脉,也是国民经济的基础产业,特别是对地处山区的工农业发展和人畜饮水尤为重要。自上世纪五、六十年代以来,林州先后修建了南谷洞、弓上、石门三座中型水库和大型引漳入林工程——红旗渠,建成小型一、二类水库58座,建成塘堰坝1210座,旱井、水窖20万处。八十年代以来,大规模开展打机井工程,共配套机井1852眼,有效地改善了用水紧张状况,然而,随着工农业和人口递增,用水矛盾出现紧张。对此,经调研分析提出解决问题对策,供探讨和借鉴。 Water conservancy is the lifeblood of agriculture and the basic industry of the national economy.
