用含Cr-Ni-Mo-V的15X2HMΦA(15Cr2NiMoVA)和15X2HMΦAA(15Cr2NiMoVA)钢制造反应堆外壳。利用重80~200吨的大型钢锭锻造厚300~600mm的坯料。反应堆外壳经过一系列工艺加工(熔炼、浇注、锻造、模压、焊接、堆焊、热处理)之后,应当具有较高的综合机械性能和使用特性。热处理使外壳钢具有所必需的组织和最终性能。对坯料、焊接件和反应堆整个外壳的热处理是有区别的。
Reactor shells were fabricated from 15X2HMΦA (15Cr2NiMoVA) and 15X2HMΦAA (15Cr2NiMoVA) steels containing Cr-Ni-Mo-V. The use of heavy 80 to 200 tons of steel ingot forging thick 300 ~ 600mm blank. After a series of processes (melting, pouring, forging, molding, welding, surfacing and heat treatment), the reactor shell should have high comprehensive mechanical properties and service characteristics. Heat treatment gives the shell steel the necessary microstructure and final properties. There are differences between the heat treatment of blanks, welded parts and the entire reactor shell.
