目的探讨螺旋藻(SP)干粉对电离辐射所致小鼠血像改变的影响。方法按体重将小鼠随机分为9个组,即空白对照组和4、7 Gy的单纯照射组及每一照射剂量再分别给予400、800、1200 mg/kg 3个SP剂量给药组。给药(灌胃)后第8天照射。照射前1 d、照射后4 h、照射后第7天各处死一批小鼠,进行白细胞(WBC)、血小板(Plt)计数和血红蛋白(Hb)含量测定。结果 照射后WBC、Plt呈下降趋势,给药组WBC均高于单纯照射组,Hb影响不大。结论 SP对辐射所致血像改变有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of spirulina (SP) powder on the changes of blood in mice induced by ionizing radiation. Methods According to body weight, the mice were randomly divided into 9 groups, namely, the blank control group and the 4, 7 Gy irradiation group and each irradiation dose were given 400, 800, and 1200 mg/kg 3 SP dose groups, respectively. Irradiation on the 8th day after administration (intragastric administration). One batch of mice were sacrificed 1 day before irradiation, 4 hours after irradiation, and 7 days after irradiation. White blood cell (WBC), platelet (Plt) count and hemoglobin (Hb) content were measured. Results After irradiation, WBC and Plt showed a decreasing trend. WBC in the treatment group was higher than that in the simple irradiation group. Hb had no significant effect. Conclusion SP has a protective effect on radiation-induced blood changes.
